What I Ate Today

I'm a little more than 13 weeks away from my first competition. Here is what my diet was today:

Breakfast: 8am
3 egg whites
1/2c sauteed zucchini
1/4c oatmeal with 1/4c mixed berries and cinnamon - yum!

Post-workout snack: 11:30am
3oz plain greek yogurt on a rice cake topped with 1/2c sliced cucumber
1/2 of a banana

Lunch: 2pm
3oz turkey burger on 1 slice of eziekel bread topped with 1tbsp olive oil and 1/2 c fresh spinach
1/4c strawberries

Snack: 4pm
1scoop of whey protien
1tbsp. of peanut butter
1/2 of a banana...best protien shake ever!
also 1/4c brown rice with 1/2c steamed brocolli.

Dinner: 7pm
3oz grilled chicken breast
1/2c sauteed zucchini

Bedtime snack:
shake with 1scoop casein protien
1o almonds

I love this "diet". I get to eat so much food all day! Lot's of variety and I'm never hungry. I'm enjoying it now, it will get less and less exciting as my competition gets closer.
