So I was reading a thread on M&F Hers and came across this super simple, easy recipe:
Oatmeal Pancakes:
1/4c dried oats
3 egg whites
Cinnamon
1 splenda packet (optional)
Mix all ingredients well, pour into pan like pancakes, brown on each side...and tadaa!! Top with 1/4c of your favorite fruit. Makes 2 pancakes. You can make more with 4 egg whites and 1/2c oatmeal, depending on your diet.
These are DELICIOUS! I plan to cook these in advance and have them on hand as quick snacks. They taste a lot like french toast to me...either way...they are delish and super healthy!! Enjoy. :)
